Bedroom 1: King Bed with Ensuite Bathroom Bedroom 2: King Bed Bedroom 3: King Bed Bedroom 4: Two Twin Beds Bathroom 1: Attached to Bedroom 1 (Walk in Shower, Soaking Tub, Toilet Room) Bathroom 2: Upstairs, Tub, Shower, Toilet Bathroom 3: Half Bath on the Main Level 3 of the 4 bedrooms have mounted TVs. Living Room also has a mounted TV. The dining table has an extension and can seat additional guests. One of the living room couches can be a futon to sleep an additional guest. Part of the charm of being close to downtown is that there is a train that runs through the heart of Lee's Summit. Occasionally you will hear the horn of a train driving by and it lasts a few seconds. HOUSE RULES: No Smoking or Vaping Inside, NO PARTIES. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am. Trip-Related Issues. From time to time, things happen! And when they do, we want the opportunity to fix them immediately, so you can continue enjoying your stay. If any issues come up, please let us know so we can try our best to fix it right away! Our check-in time is 3pm check out is 10 am. There are no exceptions to this rule unless previously agreed upon with the host. There is a noise curfew of 10 pm. Please, at all times, be mindful of the neighbors and residents around you and keep noise to a minimum when entering and leaving the house during quiet hours. NOTE: There are exterior security cameras at the entrance of the home for the safety of our tenants and for the security of the residence and our guests. The cameras are all pointing away from the home and are in public view and are recording 24/7
