We are so happy that we chose to stay here! The house was spacious for our large family and our kids loved the backyard. We were able to walk to get coffee and breakfast and enjoy the quiet peaceful neighborhood.

The house was amazing. It was nice, spacious, clean and met every single one of our expectations. Booked the house out for my daughter’s 21st birthday and everybody absolutely loved it. Will definitely be booking this house again.

We chose Estian’s home in Grandview because of the many and varied bedding options, for its proximity to our son-in-law’s house and to our grandchild’s preschool. A group of us were there to help our son-in-law pack up his house in KC. We had several people throughout our long stay and there was plenty of room for people to come and go, and to be together.
We especially liked sitting on the front porch or eating on back porch. We also really enjoyed playing on the nearby playgrounds with our grandchild. This place was perfect for our needs. Thank you, Estian!

This place saved our BUTTS! We were in a different Airbnb and had to evacuate due to a mouse infestation. Would NOT recommend! But on our way out of the other Airbnb, we found this place and messaged Estian! Within 5 minutes he had us confirmed and sent us a door code. The space had TONS of character and felt clean and homely! Absolutely recommend renting from this host!

The home was beautiful! We were also so fortunate to have great weather that weekend. Sitting out on the comfy deck in the sun was gorgeous! Great places to eat and shops to visit nearby. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you Estian 😊

The house was perfect for my husband, myself, my youngest son, his fiancé and one child. The location was fantastic as we were able to walk to 3rd Street Social where we met the rest of our family We were meeting family here to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and my parents 72nd wedding anniversary. We lived in Lee’s Summit 45 years ago so the next morning we got up and walked downtown. It was nice to reminisce but hard to believe how much has changed. We loved our stay. It was perfect for us and we highly recommend it.

Great communication and friendly host. They could minimize the expectation of what’s done/cleaned when you leave. They should operate more like a hotel (don’t ask me strip the beds and take out the trash).

We loved our stay! Easy walk to all of the DTLS restaurants, super clean, beautiful home. There’s a convenience store 2 doors down if you need to grab drinks or snacks and a cute playground just around the corner that we walked to in the evening to get the kids’ energy out!
The master bathroom is a dream and a great place to relax after a long day!
We will definitely be back!

Beautiful old home made new the beds were extremely comfortable the shower was great! home was very clean and comfortable we enjoyed our stay! Will hopefully be able to book again when we are in town!
